Waste management is wonderful company in US only.

Cons

Company is wonderful to work with ,however Indian management is pathetic,no future growth management is lousy and no one talk about growth and development,resources wasted,people who just want pass there time is the best company but if you want growth,development,skills and learn no scope for it.bullying and gender discrimination are very common and people are ok with that. Eve teasing and posh are so lamely handled,unprofessional people in higher management.

Pros

1. If you are starting a career and willing to work long hours, you can have a head start here. 2. Very few good men.

Cons

1. No objective discussions or vision. 2. Make the product work first, think later and can end-up re-writing the whole project again.(Just becos they can and labor is cheap in India and there's no downside to the management) 3. Does not value people or respect them.
