Best for freshers. No call no work on weekends.

Cons

Work from office strictly. Nothing much to learn, stereotype job. Not at all a employee friendly company but the management always demand for it as "People First". No off during Indian holidays. Low pay scale as per present salary structure in job market. Management never listen to employees' problems, they remain stick to their policies and rules. Job is bond based. Harassment of employees is at a height post Resignation. Don't expect anything in FNF, instead employee have to pay for getting experience letter.

Pros

1. If you are starting a career and willing to work long hours, you can have a head start here. 2. Very few good men.

Cons

1. No objective discussions or vision. 2. Make the product work first, think later and can end-up re-writing the whole project again.(Just becos they can and labor is cheap in India and there's no downside to the management) 3. Does not value people or respect them.
