Pros
Team environment tough coaches (supervisors) all within their limits and fair obligations. I was a college student who gain a lot of knowledge of a company like WS packaging and if you are open to the criticism and refine tools to use for success WS packing is a great work environment. It got me through college, as I requested to my supervisors if I were to work nights I would get classes in the morning or vice versa. Being able to communicate that was great. I always was dependable and delivered results I give thanks to the whole organization specifically my safety supervisor and immediate supervisors day and night.
Cons
I worked many hours overtime and sometimes I would miss classes because work pays the bills. I am now a graduate from college, WS packaging was undeniably working with me but I practically lived in my car, studied in my car for work and school. I would not change a thing from my experience taught me great time management and priorities. It is a fast paced environment with mistakes to be held accountable. I have seen many come and go. I am not one to judge yet these people would not show will would have me do more than my position or if they came and messed up we would have to redo a run and that itself is grounds for termination. I once had to find a work order for someone that messed up months before so we can redo a work order on that specific order.
