Pros
I'm working on one of my favorites projects that I've ever been on at any company. The people in my field office are easy to work with and there is a solid sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
Cons
I've yet to meet or interact with anyone from the corporate office. Outside of generic company emails, I have no attachment to the corporate mothership at all. This makes it hard to imagine advancing very far for anyone in the field. Low ceiling. The benefits are subpar compared to other companies I've worked for. PTO is lumped together. You start with 5 sick days and 10 vacation days regardless of what level you start at (lumped together as 15 PTO days). There are very few paid holidays. We don't even get Christmas Eve off. Health benefits are middle of the road at best. Work from home policy is unclear. Seems to be acceptable occasionally. There are also no bonuses unless you're upper management.
