Pros

Good learning opportunities and development support for entry lever grads. Great support from team members. Great focus on wellbeing and mental health. The company does its best most of the time to support and award their employees.

Cons

For a global company, not very flexible in therms of remote working. Did not reach out and support EU nationals enough before and after Brexit. The situation with Covid could have been handled better, again did not support and reach out to employees enough. HR and IT services need improvement. HR is barely advisory and cannot offer much support. IT takes ages to resolve an issue. Graduates entry salary is the lowest amongst competitors.

Pros

Travel to places you don't know they exist

Cons

1. Short notice to report to a field office (often within 24 hours) with little to no idea of what to expect, where you will be working, where you will stay, or how long your deployment will last. Work allocation is entirely management-driven, meaning you can sit without any assignments for months or even a year. 2. Unfair Quality Control: Quality control (QC) inspectors often create unnecessary friction. Reviews and corrections are frequently based on subjective bias or a complete lack of knowledge—such as out-of-state QC inspectors overriding local inspectors who actually understand the regional context and situation. 3. Deeply Inequitable Work Distribution: The process for assigning work lacks fairness. It is not uncommon to be released and sent home just a week after starting before you're getting up to speed—while new cohorts of inspectors continue to arrive for training. Internal Work Competition: QC inspectors who have been in the field for months are competing for active assignments when the workflow slows down.
