Pros
Still trying to think of one...
Cons
As if the torture of the open enrollment isn't enough (this year they once again underestimated the number of seasonal benefit advisors they would need) they've created something called "FlexBA" or "Role Utilization (RU) or whatever the name du jour is, but essentially, without giving you any down time after a brutal enrollment season, they throw you into the customer service role and you have to deal with more stressed-out customers who have issues with their reimbursement accounts, denied claims, loss of funding, etc. Yes, it's permanent full-time work, but I was hired to be an insurance agent. But now I am only an active agent for three months out of the year and spend nine months as a funding CSR. I would rather be dragged across a thirty-yard square of #2 grit sandpaper and land in a vat of rubbing alcohol than go through this again. Seriously looking for a better job.
