I have been working for Worldwide Express for several years now and have had a very positive experience here. Aside from my salary, which is more than adequate, I have been rewarded in the form of bonuses, additional time off, company outings, and more. They have always advocated promotion from within and I’ve been given every opportunity available to move up to new positions within the company. It was clear on my first interview that this was a company that is looking for self-motivated people who want to be successful; commissions are uncapped, numerous contests are going on year round, and there is always someone higher up to reach out to when you need some additional help. I honestly can’t say enough about how happy I am with my current position. I truly feel like I made a great decision by coming to work here.
Cons
You should never expect an easy or slow paced day at the office. You definitely have to work hard to be successful, however the compensation program is very reflected of your hard work
