Good Sales Experience

Truly given the freedom to run your own book of business. Management was always very supportive and provided as much help as possible throughout sales cycles. Training program was very good for someone just starting a sales career. If you are willing to put in the work here, you will see results. Do not expect any results if you are not a hard worker. I saw plenty of people with talent not make it because of their work ethic. Lots of contests to keep things competitive. This place is even better if you are a competitive individual.

Cons

Industry is competitive so be ready for lots of rejection and hard conversations. If you can’t deal with those 2 things I would look elsewhere. Technology was very out of date. High turnover in the industry as a whole, you will see people come and go pretty regularly but that’s nothing to be afraid of, work hard and that won’t be you. You are required to sell a certain amount of small parcel shipping services for promotions.

The team has been extremely welcoming and has been supportive in seeing me succeed. In the same way, corporate hosts a very intense and detailed 8 week training program that has prepared me more than I could have realized. I feel like I became better at communicating not only professionally but personally.

Cons

There is a feeling of seeing so much success around me that I am behind or not where I need to be. But I know that will all come with time.

Pros

Great training program, very detailed and involved. They teach you how to do the job well. Promotions based on your own performance which is nice. Constant contests to win more money and increase your earnings. All offices are nice and modern

Cons

A lot of cold calling, which is not bad but just have to have the mentality to get past "no". Database is unorganized which makes for a lot of tedious admin work at times. Also, calling a lot of places that are current customers or are being worked by another rep with no way of knowing.
