Phenomenal coworkers and great culture. Good market fit. Great place to build a career with many different paths to go down. A ton of training opportunities even as a tenured employee. Constant competitions to qualify for

Cons

It's a grind, can feel like a thankless job at times. Operational support teams are supposed to handle most customer communication and non urgent/escalated issues but they are largely inept. Lack of reliable reporting at times to use for customer meetings. Some leaders feel like they're in over their heads and are only there because they're loud
