Pros
The company as a whole is really great with a fun atmosphere. I've been working here for a couple of years now. However Certain departments (mostly collections) have so much drama caused by management that other department can fill the tension. Unfortunately, it involves managers. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional management team in my entire working career. They are bullies and catty. I think it is so unprofessional to blast employees personal business to team members. Management should not be able to direct hire their friends and have their friends report to them. It blows my mind that no one in upper management can see the middle school drama that takes place with the collections team.
Cons
drama, unprofessional, some department heads should not be allowed to manage. You guys are going to start losing a lot of amazing employees and your most valued team members. Also, don't send out surveys to get feed back and say that it's anonymous when it indeed isn't. It 's hard to say how you really feel about something when you have your manager telling you she will find out who said certain things and that there will be backlash.
