Pros
The initial corporate training that is provided when hired is one of the first great aspects of the company that I noticed. Here at Worldwide Express, everyone wants to succeed as well as wants YOU to succeed. The support you get not only from your own office, but at the corporate level is dissimilar to other companies of this magnitude. Worldwide Express provides the training and resources in order to make every employee a successful one, if you want to be. They give you the tools, and it is up to you to prove it to yourself as well as your market.
Cons
The hardest part of working for a sales organization is that it is really up to you on how well you want to perform and succeed. I have the privilege to work for a wonderful market that is constantly growing and it is up to me to continue the success and growth. In the Account Manager position, it is my role to ensure that my entire market's book of business is satisfied and happy with service. At time it is extremely stressful because it is up to me to ensure success for this market based on attrition and retention. I know I will be in this position for the long haul and wouldn't change anything about my team or market.
