Management is very direct and to the point. They will work with you on whatever you need, to help you grow in your position. Its a very work hard, play hard environment. Management is looking for people that not only can do the job, but also fit in the office's atmosphere. The job can be long hours, and stressful- and expect to adapt to changes within your position at any time. We often do things outside of work to help build the team experience, and that is something I love about the job. If I ever need anything, I know I can go to any of my bosses and air my grievances and not think twice about it.
