Pros
Some of the advantages I had at Worldwide Express that I found superior to other sales opportunities out there are: real career advancement, good compensation, great positive work culture, challenges every day, quick pace company, team environment, and always striving for number one. It seems like no matter what, at this company we were never satisfied and looking to break through the next goal.
Cons
With this company there are some of the offices are smaller so if you are looking for a big corporate type of office to work at this would not be the job for you. It's a sales driven organization so if you are luke warm about sales and thinking about "giving it a shot" don't.
