Pros
Good culture of young people eager to make a name for themselves. Good training program out of cooperate office .
Cons
Once you start to really become successful and make good money you become the target to be replaced by a cheaper hire that can just manage what you've sold without the company having to pay them commission on that business. Thus, the company lets you go and your salary differential plus commission become added profit for them. Moral of the story: they want you to be successful but not too successful because they will find a way to create a glass ceiling for compensation or let you go.
