This face to face interaction eases our customers through the transition to WWE services and helps our Account Executives build strong relationships with our clients. You are correct, our starting salary is very competitive and increases with promotions. Our commission structure is uncapped with a residual component. When our Account Executives acquire a new client, they own that client for the life of the account. It typically takes a few months for new Account Executives to build a book of business and see large commission checks but we supplement their income by offering quarterly fast start bonuses based on activity.
