Pros
Training, training, training. From day one and still today - 8 years later - I have received the highest level of training and development. I started as an Account Executive 8 years ago and have been promoted 5 times in that time. Currently, I am a Regional Sales Manager running a team of 7 sales reps and 5 customer service reps. The high level of responsibility and the corresponding expectations drive me to compete and succeed. The company culture is exceptional and the recognition received for your accomplishments is very motivating.
Cons
This is not the clock in clock out environment that some people want. You will work hard and sometimes the hours can be long.
