Pros
Worldwide Express does a great job compensating it's employees. If you are in the ~20% of people that can make it in the company, you will be well compensated. Additionally, working at Worldwide Express will improve your confidence and selling skills.
Cons
About 90% of your time will be spent soliciting and attempting to make outside sales. You will have very high expectations placed on you. Your average work day will last about 11 hours, most of that will be spent making door-to-door solicitations. Worldwide Express expects you to sell directly to top-level executives, which often results in you be thrown out of the office if not the building. You will be expected to knock on about 50+ doors per day. In my time at Worldwide Express, the sales force had a very high turnover rate. Half of the account executives at my location were let go in their first year. I have heard that turnover is about 80% in your first two-years. If you are amazing at outside sales, love that work, and can handle rejection, you can make a lot of money, but many of their employees are overworked then let go.
