      Pros

      - great office environment - intelligent and helpful manager - training sets you up to be successful - most people are in their 20’s - decent base salary - talking to business owners weekly

      Cons

      - driving 100-300 miles daily - must start and end in the office when you just update the CRM from home - it takes months before you get any sort of commission or bonus - not reimbursed for Mileage and no gas card (you use your own car) - work day is usually 10 hours - cold calling, rarely getting provided leads
