Pros

I had good relationships with some of the customer service reps but that was it.

Cons

First off, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone unless I wanted them to be miserable. Had been with the company for about 3 years. Never was allowed time off, was under-compensated and overworked, shady practices all around, as a corporation they only care about numbers and are very out of touch with the real world (but maybe that’s with all sales companies). Not sure about other sales offices, but ours was full of racist, sexist, homophobic comments and the ASM didn’t stop it.

In addition to the competitive time off and compensation plans, and most importantly, at Worldwide we continually strive to create a great employee experience. This is done by encouraging transparency and fostering a culture that treats all people respectfully regardless of differences. Promoting transparency is practiced in numerous ways including: a) semi-annual, confidential engagement surveys requesting feedback, b) training for ethical conduct and non-harassment, c) an ‘Open Door’ policy meaning that every leader’s door is open to every employee to encourage open communication and feedback about any matter of importance to an employee; in addition to Managers, the HR and the Legal departments are readily accessible should an employee wish to voice a concern or seek the advisement, d) a confidential compliance Hotline administered by a confidential third party. We maintain high ethical standards and practices in conducting our business. Any behaviors that do not support these core values, or detract from fostering a positive environment, are quickly addressed. We agree that as a Company, we do care about numbers as one of our priorities. Strong financials are what has allowed us to grow and this growth has facilitated more opportunities and enhanced benefits for our employees. Cons

**Cons:** Success in this role requires strong time management, self-motivation, and a solid work ethic. It is a fast-paced environment where employees are expected to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently. While there may not always be step-by-step guidance, the company provides the resources, tools, and opportunities needed for those willing to put in the effort and take ownership of their growth.
