Pros
Salary isn't great but comparable to similar jobs. This is a franchise based company so I can only speak for my franchise, but it was very well run. I was always treated with respect. I got a ton of feedback from my sales manager and was constantly taught new things. Management is very open and honest with their employees. They fly you to Houston for a week of training when you are hired and there are several other opportunities each year to travel to Houston for additional training and meetings. There is room to advance within the company. My sales manager was promoted to her position after working only 2-3 years in an account executive role. All hires and promotions are done from within the company. As with most sales jobs, you take away from the job what you put into it. You can be very successful here if you put in the work.
Cons
Everything that goes along with business to business sales, cold calls and prospecting... rude people,, a ton of driving and lots of rejection. This has nothing to do with the company itself-just the nature of the job. There are stringent quotas in place but your expectations are communicated very clearly and you job is not immediately on the line if they are not met... however, some of your commission is.
