      Pros

      You can get hired here with no prior sales experience. it's a laid-back culture with a lot of flexibility. if you a producing at the company that's all that matters. looks good on your resume and if you can prove success you will have a lot of job offers.

      Cons

      zero upward mobility. not many options for career growth once you have proven to be successful at the job unless you are willing to relocate. no account managers so it starts to get diffficult seelling prospecting, builiding a book and growing your book of business.

It is a fast-paced environment where employees are expected to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently. While there may not always be step-by-step guidance, the company provides the resources, tools, and opportunities needed for those willing to put in the effort and take ownership of their growth.
