      Pros

      Success breeds success and it's something that you get to feel on a daily basis. The environment is fast paced and every day is different. The people that work around me are also good friends...we're like minded and the culture is what makes it fun to come to work. I have held positions at many levels and have learned more about business than anyone could ever teach you in a classroom. Oh...the income potential isn't too shabby either.

      Cons

      For the right person, this is an excellent opportunity. For the wrong person, it could be the worst job in America. What I mean is that unless you're motived, entrepreneurial to a degree, and willing to invest a great deal of time and energy into your work, you simply won't make it. The job isn't easy, but it doesn't have to be hard.
