Pros

Great pay. Relatively easy to scale your income quickly. Especially as a young person. No doubt there are some people making 100k after 1 year.

Cons

Customers come and go very easily. A lot of competition in this field. If you don’t hit your number you’re on the chopping block causing constant stress.

Pros

Work hard, play hard. Mentality is very old school

Cons

commission percentages are nothing. you have to make them millions and millions in order to be ok with salary.
