Pros

They are really flexible especially during a pandemic.

Cons

The pay is not equal across offices. We have employees that are for more knowledgeable with more years of experience making less than those in other offices. Merit increases are incredibly small.

Pros

Work hard, play hard. Mentality is very old school

Cons

commission percentages are nothing. you have to make them millions and millions in order to be ok with salary.
