Pros

-Telework friendly (post Covid-19) -Job security. The Company seems growth oriented, and you are free to interview for other teams so you’re not stuck in one position. -Open to hire you without requiring prior industry knowledge. I was a new graduate so I was excited to get a job so quickly. -Benefits. This is the first job to give me access to affordable health insurance. I love my plan, and they will also match your 401k contributions up to a percentage. 4% or more (After reinstating it post Covid-19) -Advancement. They provided a development chart for each department. This was a great road map for every possibility on which to build a career in clear terms.

Cons

-A 3PL will always be the whipping boy. The operations department is paid to do something so awful, it created an entire industry. The work load exploded due to the pandemic, but we never hired people to match the demand. -Pay. The operations department is under paid, and their “Merit Increases” are insulting. $1,000 dollars a year may not even cover inflation! My promotion came with a 12% pay raise after 2 years of work. The issue is how low my initial salary was, and they give you no hope to earn more. -Advancement. There are drastically fewer positions that earn more than the minimum, the room for advancement is limited.

**Cons:** Success in this role requires strong time management, self-motivation, and a solid work ethic. It is a fast-paced environment where employees are expected to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently. While there may not always be step-by-step guidance, the company provides the resources, tools, and opportunities needed for those willing to put in the effort and take ownership of their growth.

Pros

Work hard, play hard. Mentality is very old school

Cons

commission percentages are nothing. you have to make them millions and millions in order to be ok with salary.
