Pros
After being with the company for less than one year, I have grown in not only my knowledge of the industry but as a person overall. This job teaches you have to deal with all different kinds of people and situations; starting from the Basic Sales training environment to the everyday meetings and cold calls. This company is constantly growing and advancing from week to week. Our manager cares not only about the individual employees but for the growth of the team as a whole. Working for this company does not come easy, it is a job that a person has to put their 110% in each and every day and even with less than a year experience, and multiple training's under my belt, I have not even come close to the knowledge and expertise that this company has to offer to their employees.
Cons
As an individual, if you are not willing to give this job all your effort, this is not the job you want to get involved in. You will be expected to work hard; however, you do get rewarded well for your dedication and constant efforts, which do not go unnoticed.
