The training and development provided by leadership at a corporate and local level are second to none, certainly in the industry but I'd say in any sales capacity. Management is fully vested in the success of all member of the team, and will go out of their way time and again to help you achieve your goals. Performance based compensation is huge, coupled with bonus and national awards and recognition, you can utterly make a name and career for yourself with a great company at a very fast clip.
