      Pros

      Confident People, Enjoyable Atmosphere, Attitude of Company, Flexibility of work day/work week, Ability to have a balanced life/work schedule. This is not a place for mediocrity or self pity; I love that.

      Cons

      There is no perfect job; However, this job challenges me to be better on a daily basis. I can say that I've grown immensely over the past three years and have stayed motivated over that same period of time to compete, be a valued teammate and improve my skills both personally and professionally.
