- Not your standard 8-5, but I'm not the kind of person that turns it off when I leave the office. - Again, work hard play hard. It is hard work. You have to dedicate to the grind of sales every day, but the payoff is more than worth it. - In the beginning, work life balance is heavily weighted towards work because dedicating yourself to the job 100% is necessary to building a book of business that lasts long term.
