--Competitive base salary with uncapped residual commission. You will be making north of $100k by the end of your 3rd year. --Competitive, young, and uplifting atmosphere. Management truly wants to see you do well and excel. Most everyone is between 25 and 35 years old and in the same phase of life. --Excellent training and mentorship. The field sales manager (Brian) works with you on a daily basis and doesn't mind getting in early or staying late to work with you. --Ability to set your own schedule and impact your paycheck every day. ---Residual commission is excellent. I continue to earn commission on all clients that continue to work with me. In many cases, I have clients that have been with me for over 3 years. --Unique Value Proposition. There are hundreds of freight brokers out there, but we are 1 of 2 that have the UPS contract. I cannot stress enough how great of a product that is to sell. --Not a 'Boiler Room' Sales job! Management takes a very targeted approach in hiring. Cons
Not a con, but this isn't for someone looking for a 9-5 desk job. Simply put, it take a lot of hard work and time spent outside of standard work hours to get good and perform at a top level. Must be willing to put in the extra hours to achieve the success you seek.
