      Pros

      Great Company, Great Hours, Lots of Incentives, Higher Ups are great about giving recognition to your work, Remote/Hybrid schedule. They give you $100 each month for your phone bill, but you don't really use your phone. They provide your laptop, Headset, and Keyboard. They give you a clear path on how to grow within the company. There is a lot of room to move up as they only hire from within. Really strive to set you up for success.

      Cons

      Very Customer Service Based--You get a decent amount of angry customers who are upset about their missing package. Base Pay could be higher. A lot of reporting--you have weekly reports, bi-weely reports, and Monthly reports that can be tedious at times. Your Bonus is based on growth from year to year, so if there was an insane amount of shipments the previous year, its hard to compete the following year. Role-Plays--You do roleplays in training and continuously through different training meetings, which is definitely uncomfortable.

      Excellent opportunity to gain industry experience and develop professionally. Team members are helpful and collaborative, and management encourages accountability and growth.

While there may not always be step-by-step guidance, the company provides the resources, tools, and opportunities needed for those willing to put in the effort and take ownership of their growth.
