      Pros

      So far, I have really enjoyed my time here. Just to name a few reasons why: • Great incentives and awards •On occasion, they offer free tickets to different events at American Airlines Center •Remote/hybrid work •Beautiful views of downtown Dallas from the office and free snacks •Friendly environment and entrepreneurial culture •Career growth Overall, super glad the company is supportive of remote work and seems to be a progressive company that is willing to adapt as the market shifts.

      Cons

      No major cons. The company is in a growth spurt right now, so the environment is very fast paced. Might not be for everyone, but you’ll be fine if you’re self-driven/self-motivated. They’ll give you the tools you need to succeed but don’t come in expecting to be hand fed.
