Pros

The best part of the company is the culture. Everyone is very nice and laid back, meetings are usually fun and humorous, work with cool people. the promotion / raise structure is clear and promising. You have the potential to make a lot of money if you stick to it and grind. Sales Training is very helpful and is paid. Also, many contests and chances to make a ton of bonus money / trips. Good work life balance. partnership with UPS helps sell and gives credibility.

Cons

You are cold calling pretty much all day. If you don't think you can cold call or see yourself doing it, this is not the job for you. You have the option to go into the field in person, in which it will be door to door sales. working from home can be tough sometimes depending on self control and motivation, job would be much better being located in a city where you can go into the office. its cold calling sales, so you are going to get rude people on the phones sometimes.. just part of it
