Pros

As someone who never thought they would find the perfect job, or never thought that they would find a job that fulfills them I'm happy to introduce you to WWEX. I've seen nothing but positives so far and the room for growth in the company is outstanding, in my short 3 months I've seen at least 7-10 company promotions open up as more and more positions are created within the company. -Crazy good work/life balance -Monthly/bi-monthly/yearly sales competitions (For fun and prizes, not for performance checks) -Self Reliant -Allows you to work under a healthy W2 salary while building your own book of business at the same time -BCBS Benefits -Retirement plans -Energetic atmosphere and electric higher ups that will always keep you motivated -Training groups that stick with you through your entire process and learning experience. -Take things at your own pace

Cons

There isn't a whole lot bad to say about the company, these are just nitpicky. -Training can be a lot, like only learn a quarter of what you need to know in the two weeks a lot. You must be okay with asking questions when you don't know something. -Training groups (People that started the same time as you) that are newer will be put into regional calls and it can sometimes feel like you're just as much at fault for numbers being low as the older groups.

While there may not always be step-by-step guidance, the company provides the resources, tools, and opportunities needed for those willing to put in the effort and take ownership of their growth.
