They paint this picture to make you believe they have your back. And it makes you work hard for them. Despite working so hard to the point you’re burned out. Then when they your numbers are low and request you pick it up, and you do just that by leading your team several weeks in certain categories, the just cut you off immediately. They don’t give a two week. You wake up one day and the next day you don’t have a job. A betrayal after you had worked so hard for them. They expect you to give them two weeks when you’re planning to quit, but can’t even allow you two weeks to search for a job.
