Business Outlook
Pros
The owners are two great people who complement each other incredibly well. The reward success and hard work. Their enthusiasm for the business and its employees radiates around the office creating a fun yet hard working environment. They also are family men and help maintain the employees' work-life balance.
Cons
As with most smallish companies, there is limited upward mobility. But for me, that's not an issue.
