Pros
Excellent training(I work for a competitor now and still use what I learned from WWEX). Ability to get out in the field and make things happen on your own. You control your own book of business and not have to manage existing accounts. Very competitive atmosphere if you like that kind of job.
Cons
The base salary is not great. The commission structure only lets you get paid off one month of the new account's business and you get paid on margin not revenue dollars so it's tough to rack up a nice commission check. Physically knocking on doors all day can get you pretty down if you get no leads. Not many sources of leads internally, just old accounts a past rep couldn't sell.
