Pros
Not many people can say that they enjoy going in to work everyday but I'm fortunate enough to say that I always look forward to going to work. The company sets you up for success from day one and does an amazing job motivating us everyday to give it our 110% effort. Also, it's much easier to be constantly excited and energetic when you are surrounded by like minded people. Wwex does an amazing job only hiring and keeping the best around! I am lucky to be working with some of the smartest and hardest working people who will no doubt find success anywhere they go
Cons
Hitting doors is not something for every body. Managing your book of business is even tougher, especially when you have a decent amount of accounts as problems will arise that are out of our control. Finally, if you aren't thick skinned enough, the constant rejection, no shows on meetings and not being able to beat competitor pricing, this job will tear you apart. The job is reserved only for the mentally tough and requires you to be at your best every single day. It is also much more of an 8-6 (+ outside research) than it is a 9-5. Obviously this weeds out alot of people who can't handle the hard work but those who are willing to get off netflix and actually work hard everyday will be phenomenally successful. Stick around for 6 monthes or so before giving up. Anyone can do it if they are willing to put their mind into it and grind it out.
