      Pros

      Good opportunity to grow in a company! Lots of room to grow if you want to

      Cons

      They let go almost a whole team that had a pregnant woman who was less than 2 weeks away from her due date. They kept some people, and one of the people they kept took the pregnant lady’s old position within the company instead of giving it back to her. They also let go a husband and wife who had a new baby. It’s a good company for the most part, but they ethically let go a group of people who they set up for failure. The group of people were testing a new program that failed, and in turn they got let go.

While there may not always be step-by-step guidance, the company provides the resources, tools, and opportunities needed for those willing to put in the effort and take ownership of their growth.
