      Going downhill fast - Account Executive WWEX Group Employee Review

      Pros

      This use to be a great working enviroment but I unfortunately cant say that anymore. If you do well, there is some flexibility to work remote as there no longer is an inhouse manager. Ability to make decent money if you are able to learn quickly on your own.

      Cons

      Lack of Management/ leadership, extremely political & cliquie, little guidance or help. Cant speak on other locations but this entire district is quickly falling apart. Poor culture & heavily micromanaged by remote leadership.

      Excellent opportunity to gain industry experience and develop professionally. Team members are helpful and collaborative, and management encourages accountability and growth.

      Cons

It is a fast-paced environment where employees are expected to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently. While there may not always be step-by-step guidance, the company provides the resources, tools, and opportunities needed for those willing to put in the effort and take ownership of their growth.
