      Pros

      The best thing about this company was the trainers, one particular for sure. They tried the best to set us up for success and gave ongoing support. Work life balance was great, definitely made life easier.

      Cons

      Management was absent for me. Was constantly talked at and not to. The saying one thing one day and say something the next from my manager gave me major whiplash. Definitely a kool aid type company and that was a bowl I didn’t want to drink from and I was looked down on for that. Training was overkill. Could have been fine with just ramp. Salary base was extremely low compared to most sales jobs. Insurance was atrocious. Everything was paid in full by me until deductible was reached. So $96 just to be seen at urgent care. Honestly a company I am happy to no longer be part of.
