Pros

Benefits are administered to part time employees but you need to stick it out for quite some time. You have no choice to be in the union you are forced which i didn't like. Its a decent high school job because of flexibility. I would recommend getting in somewhere like internet shopping where you can be on your own and not have to worry about anything.

Cons

You should have a choice whether you want to be in the union or not. Base pay isn't good unless you live with your parents.

Pros

Stable and generally fair. Pretty good atmosphere and family type of vibe and some of leadership is clearly genuinely trying their best to make it nice to work here. good holiday schedule

Cons

4 days a week in office, non-negotiable, depending on team a lot of off hours work is pretty expected, including on-call obligations, growth is somewhat slow, especially in the first 2 years. No bonusing, not enough vacation time, pretty boring if you're on the young side but they are trying
