The managers ask for feedback and listen when you explain why something should change. The benefits and pay are excellent. My coworkers are knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is friendly.

Cons

Maybe a little eager to get back to the office post-pandemic.

Base bay is well below competition on the production side, the company does not do a good job of standardizing pay or growth for younger employees, it is all up to the individual producer.
