Pros

The company is an active player in the real estate markets and it is a good career builder.

Cons

The CEO talks about how good everything is on every quarterly call and they quietly lay people off around the country and call it 'right sizing.' If you work for WD, just know you are expendable and its about the bottom line. Too many layers of management and its a sweat shop of work.

Pros

There are a lot of good people at WD who are working hard at their jobs. The knowledge and expertise of employees is tremendous and when senior leadership gets out of the way, they do great things.

Cons

Pros

- A new and amenity rich office - Competitive pay - A rapidly growing company

Cons

- Poor diversity despite marketing team’s attempts to say otherwise - Little to no training /guidance outside of entry level analyst programs - Focused on profit over people - During the company retreat, W&D featured a speaker that CEO Willy Walker is close with, at the who bragged about taking advantage of customers and belittled blue collar workers such as postmen
