Pros

-Pay was decent, I guess?

Cons

-Terrible work culture. As a new employee, fellow employees will ignore you or are flat-out rude to you if you try and ask any questions. -Terrible store communication and organization. Having customers constantly get angry with YOU because they need something that is locked up, and then having to spend 10 minutes paging/trying to find the employee with the correct keys, further agitating said customer. Further more, that employee is then irritated with you for spending the time to hunt them down so they can do their job. -No direction or proper training. I was basically hired, and thrown onto the floor and left to figure out my role on my own, which is difficult when the other employees in the store are all miserable and antisocial, and/or don't speak English. -This is truly a hard-working/no-reward job. You are simply a number, and nothing more, and you will constantly be treated as such. For your own sanity, I would avoid this place altogether.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
