Walton stands by their employees during these recent difficult times. When other companies have laid off or furloughed employees, Gary (CEO) continues his commitment to employing the "Best of the Best" and everyone is still EMPLOYED! We have a flexible vacation policy and access to the best personal and professional training program. Walton prides themselves on a good work/life balance.
Cons
At Walton, we except nothing less than the" Best of the Best!" That means everyone is vital in their role and some employees can't keep up. We are expected to voice our concerns, not matter how difficult. This can be challenging for employees that want to go unnoticed.
