We are disappointed to hear this. At Walton, our goal is to empower staff and to ensure that employees are in open communication to voice any matters, whether it’s to share concerns about work or to share recommendations for improvement. At Walton, we strive to be an employer of choice and take actions that align with that. In October 2019, we implemented an anonymous suggestion box to all employees so that any concerns or matters can go directly to the CEO. As a result of getting great feedback from employees, we decided to invest in another anonymous suggestion box that provided direct access to the CEO and to HR. It's unfortunate that the employee didn't use this service to express concerns. We also implemented a 360 degree performance evaluation which allows employees to rate their supervisors, peers, and staff so that all employees can get feedback on their overall performance. This tool has provided Leadership great feedback from staff on how to become more effective and how to create a workplace environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction. With regard to "forced Landmark training," we respectfully disagree with that point. We make sure to inform employees about Landmark courses prior to employment so that the training becomes something that applicants agree to.
