Coordinators and Managers remain with the same salary they started with regardless of how long they have been with the company. no annual "cost-of-living raise", a merit raise of 3% is rare but can happen every 5 years or so. Only way to guarantee a salary increase is through a promotion, however that could mean waiting 3-6 years before a position above yours opens up.
