Pros
Good benefits Cool new office (although "open" floor plan can be challenging and noisy). Name-brand company (but they think you should just be grateful to work here because of it and don't offer many other benefits besides having a big name on your resume).
Cons
There are way too many VPs/SVPs/EVPs. The pay is incredibly low, even for industry standards. No growth opportunities/career pathing for lower levels. Crazy hours and people are regularly in the office until 8 pm, and then go home and continue working. Morale is low and many people seem to be looking to leave or actually leaving. Serious lack of diversity that they don’t seem to care about.
