Pros

You get to tell people you work at Warner Music Group which is cool... some cool co-workers in some divisions.

Cons

Honestly so much. The top things in order from worst to just bad 1.) leadership: everyone’s under a lot of pressure for deadlines and what not and no one really knows how to lead in this group. The VP here... well is just plain out miserable. Little cooperation, little room for growth, absolute zero learning opportunities. And This is just the tip of the iceberg. Worst management by far I’ve ever had. 2.) monotonous work.. even for finance/shared service. 3.)environment. Some were better than others. This particular one was not enjoyable though. Very quiet. No one really talks. It feels like you’re in a library. I could continue on too. All in all... I don’t want to bash anyone that works here. But if you’re interviewing for this considering taking far less money than what you’re worth just to be in the music industry - I would urge you to think very hard about it. Since I’ve left, my working hours have gone down about 35% and my salary has doubled - and the I work in a significantly better environment with good leadership now. Best of luck in your search out
